Wine Wednesday featuring André Mack: Wednesday, September 2nd, at 5 pm at Living Room Wines. A special edition of Wine Wednesday welcoming André Mack, award-winning sommelier and founder/winemaker of Maison Noir Wines.

Vineyard Brands BBQ on the Patio: Thursday, September 3rd, from 5 to 7 pm at Vino. $25. Jacob Lee will be back on the grill for another BBQ paired with five wines from his portfolio. RSVP event.

Champagne Benoit Lahaye Tasting: Thursday, September 3rd, from 5 to 7 pm at E&R Wine Shop. $20 tasting, with $10 back on purchase of any of the wines poured.

NOTO After Hours: Friday, September 4th, from 7 to 10 pm at Bar Noto. Spritz, wine, and aperitivo bites with a DJ set from DJ Tourmaline.

Labor Day Weekend Wine & BBQ: Friday, September 4th through Sunday, September 6th (Friday 2–7 pm, Saturday 12–6 pm, Sunday 12–5 pm) at Hip Chicks Do Wine. Five wines plus a seasonal sangria flight, $25; BBQ small plates and growler fills available.

The Maestro Experience at Bells Up Winery: Saturday, September 5th, from 1 to 4 pm at Bells Up Winery in Newberg. Winemaker Dave Specter leads a hands-on vineyard tour through seven Pinot Noir clones, followed by a five-year vertical tasting of the flagship Titan Pinot Noir, with former Arborbrook Vineyards owner Dave Hansen joining as a special guest. Seating is extremely limited; $65 for Fanfare Club members, $85 for non-members, register by calling 503.537.1328.

Breezeway Wine Flights, Southern Hemisphere Tasting: Saturday, September 5th, from 1 to 3 pm at Zupan’s Lake Oswego. Standout pours from Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa. $35.

Art + Design on 9th: Thursday, September 10th, from 5 to 8 pm on 9th Ave. in the Pearl District. An evening celebrating art, design, community, and Willamette Valley wines, with complimentary tastings from local wineries in the gallery and design showrooms. Txiki Bites and Wine Pairings at Naso: Friday, September 11th, from 5 to 9 pm, and Saturday, September 12th, from 4 to 9 pm at Naso, hosted with Pintxes Pintxos.

Plant Bingo: Friday, September 11th, from 6 to 8 pm at Hip Chicks Do Wine.

Pintxos on the Patio: Wednesday, September 16th, from 5 to 7 pm at Vino. Luis Burgueno from Marqués de Cáceres will be pouring wines from Rioja, paired with traditional pintxos (small bites from the Basque region). $25. RSVP event.

Durant in the City: Thursday, September 17th, beginning at 6 pm with social hour, seated dinner at 7 pm, at Blockhouse PDX in Portland's Slabtown neighborhood. Durant Vineyards Winery pairs its estate wines and Oregon-milled olive oils with a multi-course plant-based menu from Chef Jewan Manuel (Plant Based Papi), prepared live in the restaurant's open-format kitchen. Limited to 100 guests; $225 per person, with 20% of net proceeds benefiting No Kid Hungry. Tickets here.

Final Maker’s Table of the Season: Wednesday, September 17th, at the Portland Art Museum’s newly transformed Rothko Pavilion. Featuring Soter Vineyards and visual artist Dave Haslett. Join for an evening of art, wine, and conversation. Find more information here.
